If an item isn’t right for you, we have a simple and transparent return process in place.
Can I return my order?
You have 15 days after your purchase to exchange or return your item for a refund.
Return Conditions:
- New, unworn, complete items in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is approved, carefully pack your items.
Ship them to the address provided.
Keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund.
Deadlines & Refund
- Your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
- If you chose an exchange, the new item will be shipped as soon as the return is validated.
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed.
Defective Product or Order Error
Despite our best efforts, if you receive a defective item or an order error:
- Take a photo or video of the product, clearly showing the problem.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product by email or on our social media channels, attaching the photo/video and order number.
- The return shipping costs will be entirely covered by us.
- You You can choose between a free replacement of an item of your choice or a full refund.
