Maya Square accepts refunds of unworn, unwashed, damaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 7 days of original purchase and accepts to make an exchange within 15 days of original purchase.
- We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your e-mails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
- If your order has been sent in different packages then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything.
- If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service team with the order number and the missing item‘s name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quick as we can.
As soon as you discover a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team and inform us:
- The order number
- The faulty item‘s name and number
- A description of the fault.
We‘ll get back to you as soon as possible and send you a replacement item as quick as we can.
Can I cancel any items from my order?
You can cancel one or any items from your shopping cart only if you haven’t checked out your order. If you have checked out your order but still want to cancel any items on it, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We’ll help you as quick as we can.
I have ordered items, made the payment and confirm the payment via web but I didn’t get the e-mail notification for it. Is that how it goes?
Notification e-mail will pop up in your inbox once our team have confirmed the payment. Please also check your spam folder because sometimes the notification e-mail goes in there.
You do not need to confirm your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation after receiving your payment.
All express orders are processed in 3-4 business days.
No, there is no Additional charges
Each voucher has a unique code that can be applied as a payment method. Apply the code given by filling out the form on the Shopping Cart page.
You can pay using USD, CAD, GBP or EUR. All price will be displayed in the choosen currency. We are currently not processing any payment with other than those currencies.

We are primarily an online company. We are opening our first outlet store soon un Canada and Tunisia and plan to open more in the coming couple of years.
We participate in large Islamic events, to meet and greet our customers in their cities (subscribe our Facebook page to get updates about the next event).

Maya Square offers a free worldwide express shipping on orders of $100 USD and more
Your package will be sent by mail, and it can take two to five business days to receive it (please take into consideration that on Saturdays and Sundays, post offices are closed)
Yes, if you want your package to be shipped as a gift please include this request on order comment on the checkout page, so we’ll not include the invoice in the package.
