Delivery and Shipping

Maya Square ships internationally to several countries. Available delivery zones are indicated during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, the chosen carrier, and customs procedures. They begin from the date of order shipment confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery country, the package weight, and the selected shipping method.

Once the order has shipped, a confirmation email is sent to the customer with the tracking number, allowing them to track their package.

For international deliveries, in most countries, any applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by Maya Square and are not the customer’s responsibility, subject to applicable local regulations.

Maya Square cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or any event beyond its control.
